What is the Tootilab subscription service?

The Tootilab subscription service lets you subscribe to any full size product, including bundles on the Tootilab website, so you never run out of your favourite products. You choose your products, set how often you want to receive them, and it's delivered automatically - no reordering needed.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribers enjoy three core perks:

Do I get free delivery with my subscription?

Free delivery applies from your second subscription order onwards. Your first order is subject to standard delivery terms - so you will only get free delivery if it's over £45 | $50 | 50€.

do I get notified before a subscription order is shipped?

Yes, you always get an email notification 3 days before your subscription is due to renew. If you're not quite ready, you can move your delivery date, skip or pause the subcription.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, cancel, or move your delivery date anytime, directly from your online account. No forms to fill in, no hoops to jump through, and no phone calls needed. Just a couple of easy clicks.

How do I manage my subscription?

You simply have to login to your online account on tootilab.com and you will be able to manage every aspect of your subscription from the dashboard.

Which products can I subscribe to?

You can subscribe to any full size product available on the Tootilab website, including bundles but excluding accessories.

Do subscribers get access to sales and promotions?

Yes! We want your subscription to be the best deal, you shouldn't be worrying about a sale being better. We rarely ever run sales at Tootilab, but when we do (i.e. Black Friday) we will make sure you get early access, before anyone else, so you can skip your upcoming delivery and participate in the sale if you so wish.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No, there is no stated minimum commitment period. You can cancel anytime from your online account with no forms or phone calls required.

What is the delivery frequency?

As standard, we recommend a 12 weeks frequency - because that's how long our products last on average. However, you can also select 8 weeks or 4 weeks in case you're a heavy user or want to share your bottle with family / roommates (we don't judge!)

Which payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

All regular accepted payments at checkout are also accepted for subscriptions.
